Yes, Eye Routines Certainly CAN Better Your Vision

Before heading straight into a surgical procedure of the eyes, I highly recommend you try out some eye exercises first.

With a routine of daily eye exercises for just one month, I believe many people can see a dramatic vision improvement. The good thing is that you never become dependent on eye exercises to maintain your vision, since the goal of these exercises is to re-train your eyes to use good visual habits. So once you’ve attained an improvement in vision, you can start to dedicate much less time to maintaining that state.

Since there’s absolutely nothing to lose by trying it for a few short weeks, I really think you should give eye exercises a go. If you are not convinced yourself that your vision is improving, feel free to have regular visits with your optometrist, who will objectively assess your visual acuity. I am more than confident that they will notice a marked improvement.

The eyes need to be trained to maintain good vision, just like your body does to preserve good health. Your vision deteriorating is a good sign that your eyes have not received enough exercise. Nonetheless it’s never too late to do something about it. Start doing some simple eye exercises today and I assure you your vision will start to improve in a matter of weeks!

My Eyesight Epiphany

Are you sick of wearing glasses all the time and frustrated that your eyeglass prescription gets stronger year after year? I know the feeling.

At the ripe age of 8, my doctor told me I was visual problems. He sent me to an optician who diagnosed me with myopia. I also developed astigmatism.

Then, three years ago I discovered eye exercises - allowing me to see clearly naturally for the first time in years. Over time I didn’t just learn how to improve my eyesight, but I discovered first hand the very reason why my eyesight deteriorated in the first place.

Within three days of doing the daily 20-minute routine, I could read the titles of books on the bookshelf across the room. My eyesight was improving naturally - and faster than I ever expected.

Through the use of eyesight exercises, you can quite easily regain good visual acuity in your eyes. This means they work for the four main vision disorders: nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism and aging vision.

In Summary

If you’re still not convinced eye exercises will work for you, that’s a normal reaction. As big a proponent as I now am of these methods, even I had my reservations before I started. The idea that we can fix our own vision conflicts with everything we’ve ever been told by eye doctors - and our own experience of wearing glasses all these years.

If you asked for my sincere guidance on this matter, I would suggest that you educate yourself further about your eyesight, and come to your own conclusion. The most detrimental route to take is that of ignorance. Do not carry on as you were. Why suffer when you CAN prevent it?
