Egil Mollestad

CTO, Think Global

Mr. Mollestad has a Master of Science and PhD in Structural Engineering from the Norwegian University of Technology. After finishing at the university, he worked for the Norwegian Oil Industry for 12 years. He also spent two years as a business consultant at McKinsey@Co before joining Think as technical director in January 1997. As technical director Mollestad has been heading the Think engineering department and also been a project manager for several of their vehicle programs.

Since 2007 he has the role as CTO (Chief Technical Officer) with main focus towards further development of the specific EV components like the batteries, charging, charging infrastructure etc.
