Hiroaki Takatsu

Mr. Takatsu joined Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) in 1977, the largest energy firm in Japan. He has held several management and leader positions within the company´s departments of construction, engineering, research and training center. Mr. Takatsu holds a BS degree and an MS degree in Engineering from University of Tokyo.
